1. Scope of Service
SoTube is an all-in-one digital ecosystem based in the Philippines, scaling for global operations. By using this platform, you agree to comply with Philippine laws (DTI, NPC) and international digital safety standards.
1. Saklaw ng Serbisyo
Ang SoTube ay isang all-in-one digital ecosystem na nakabase sa Pilipinas at kasalukuyang lumalaki para sa global operations. Sa paggamit nito, sumasang-ayon ka sa mga batas ng Pilipinas (DTI, NPC) at international safety standards.
2. Pioneer VIP Rewards Program
The first 1,000 members to register are granted "Pioneer VIP" status. This status is subject to the following conditions:
- Authenticity: Rewards are only for real users. Bots will be permanently banned.
- In-App Notification: Detailed reward mechanics are sent via notification upon registration.
- Integrity: Manipulation of views or posting pirated content will result in forfeiture of benefits.

Ang unang 1,000 members na mag-re-register ay bibigyan ng "Pioneer VIP" status sa ilalim ng mga kondisyong ito:
- Katapatan: Ang rewards ay para sa mga totoong tao lamang. Ang "bots" ay permanenteng iba-ban.
- Notification: Ang kumpletong detalye ng rewards ay ipapadala sa iyong in-app notification pagka-register.
- Integridad: Ang pandaraya sa views o pag-post ng pirated content ay magreresulta sa pagbawi ng VIP benefits.

SoTube is an ad-supported platform. Users may encounter ads from partners like Google AdSense. Any attempt to manipulate ad clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited.

Ang SoTube ay ad-supported. Maaaring makakita ang users ng ads mula sa partners gaya ng Google AdSense. Ang pagmamanipula ng ad clicks o impressions ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal.
5. Wallet, Gifting & Withdrawals
For anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, all withdrawals require KYC Verification (Valid Government ID). All ST Coin top-ups are non-refundable.

Para sa pagsunod sa batas (AML), ang lahat ng withdrawals ay nangangailangan ng KYC Verification (Valid ID). Ang ST Coin top-ups ay non-refundable.
6. Content Ownership & Copyright
You retain ownership of your content, but grant SoTube a license to host it. Pirated movies, music, or unauthorized materials will be removed immediately.

Sa iyo ang pagmamay-ari ng iyong pino-post, pero binibigyan mo ang SoTube ng lisensya na i-host ito. Ang mga pirated na pelikula o musika ay agad na tatanggalin.
